Tim Pierce, the founder of our company, established the business in 2004. During his initial year, he struggled to meet customer demands, prompting him to hire another Master Plumber. Every year, the business expands and attracts more clients. At present, we employ four full-time plumbers along with a full-time office manager.
With more than 25 years in the plumbing field, Tim leads Pierce Plumbing. Tim's expertise covers a wide range of plumbing areas, from residential to commercial and mechanical, along with gas fitting. Tim decided to launch his own company, fulfilling his long-held dream of being his own boss. He took a bold step in 2004 to realize his ambition. His well-rounded plumbing knowledge has helped him build a varied customer base. Tim strives to balance being a small, family-operated business with the ability to serve large corporations. It’s a delicate balance, but he enjoys the challenge. At present, his team includes his nephew (with us since 2005), son-in-law (since 2006), daughter (since 2008), and his ""adopted"" brother (since 2012).
