The company was founded by Tim Pierce in 2004. He found it challenging to keep up with customer requests in his first year, so he recruited an additional Master Plumber. Every year, the business expands and attracts more clients. At present, we employ four full-time plumbers along with a full-time office manager.
With more than 25 years in the plumbing field, Tim leads Pierce Plumbing. His extensive knowledge spans residential, commercial, and mechanical plumbing, as well as gas fitting. Opening his own business was a lifelong goal for Tim, motivating him to take the plunge. He took a bold step in 2004 to realize his ambition. Thanks to his comprehensive knowledge of the plumbing sector, he has attracted a diverse clientele. Tim aims to keep the business small, family-owned, and operated while still servicing large corporations. He finds joy in navigating this balancing act. Currently, Tim employs his nephew (since 2005), son-in-law (since 2006), daughter (since 2008), and his ""adopted"" brother (since 2012).
