In 2004, Tim Pierce launched this company. In his first year, he realized he needed help to satisfy customer needs, leading him to bring on another Master Plumber. With each passing year, we continue to grow and welcome more clients. We currently have four full-time plumbers and one full-time office manager on our team.
With more than 25 years in the plumbing field, Tim leads Pierce Plumbing. His extensive knowledge spans residential, commercial, and mechanical plumbing, as well as gas fitting. Tim decided to launch his own company, fulfilling his long-held dream of being his own boss. In 2004, he took the leap and pursued his dream. With his broad understanding of the plumbing industry, he has secured a wide range of clients. Tim aims to keep the business small, family-owned, and operated while still servicing large corporations. He finds joy in navigating this balancing act. At present, his team includes his nephew (with us since 2005), son-in-law (since 2006), daughter (since 2008), and his ""adopted"" brother (since 2012).
