Jim was great! I've been dealing with a leaky kitchen faucet for months because a different company quoted me over $600 to fix. After it's been getting worse, I finally gave in and started calling other places. Pierce Plumbing was the first company I called and they were so nice and understanding and were able to come out in 2 days. Jim was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and explained it in detail that actually made sense to me. He was able to find a much less expensive result that I am extremely happy with. He was not only on time but actually called and was able to come out early. In less than an hour he was able to fix my sink and even fix a minor problem I had with my bathroom faucet for just over $100!!! He saved my budget, was friendly and polite and didn't leave a mess. :) I couldn't recommend him or Pierce Plumbing higher.

Had an issue with our hot water heater, we had done a lot of troubleshooting, but knew we needed a plumber. Called and they said if they could squeeze us in they would as it was a busy day for them. They DID squeeze us in and had it fixed in 5 minutes! Part replaced and explained and great price! Would recommend every time and know we'll use them again!

They did a great job. Fixed everything that needed to be fixed (bathroom faucet; tub faucet; one toilet) and installed one toilet (fixed stop valve); not only did he pick it up ($40), but they disposed of the old one. The guy also gave me a quote, which he kept exactly to; there were no surprise increases.

On a Friday evening our water heater went out. I called Jim Saturday morning as they are open 8-12. To our amazement Jim said he could come out after he closed at noon. He would bring a water heater with him and told me the cost. We were thinking next week at the earliest. Jim showed up shortly after 12 and in two hours we had hot water and a nice looking water heater installed with all new connectors and the price was the price quoted over the phone. Excellent job. I could not see hiring anyone else for this type of work. Very impressed with the job and the person as well.

I had to service my own water heater as it was lukewarm, rather than hot, despite that the other pros recommending to have it replaced.

The water heater wasn't leaking at the time and I had read that it has the glass-lined tank. It has a flushing feature within the tank too. I also drained the water heater twice several months beforehand for the first time and there was not much sediment coming out.

After a couple of trips, where they also have parts and supplies, because I wanted to try the cheaper fix first. That didn't help, but had to be replaced anyway due to age or it may fail at some point in near future.

The second time I got the second cheapest option and replaced it. Now, the water heater was working again. So far, it had been working well over the past 3 months now.

I appreciate Piece Plumbing as they were helpful on how to install the parts.

I called on Wednesday morning for some repair in my house! They were here at 3 PM and got to work. I had three problems, on kitchen faucet one in bathroom and one in bathroom toilet! All were fixed in record time! These guys rock, don't call anyone but Pierce if you have a plumbing problems call them!

I just had my new kitchen faucet I bought at Home Depot installed. REAL professional plumber's had new shut off valves with them and I needed a new pressure regulator that they went back to the shop to get and installed it all in about one hour. Price is excellent. $75 labor kitchen faucet, $37 labor for regulator so good. Friendly, efficient, thorough.

Our garbage disposal was leaking and the water heater was making some weird thumping sounds, time to call a plumber, but which company?

Yelp saves our butt again, Jim showed up and replaced our garbage disposal but says we don't need to do anything on the water heater, nothing wrong with it. I appreciate his honesty and he did a great job. Very reasonable and I'll be calling Jim back for any other plumbing issues in the near future. Thanks Jim, highly recommended.

These guys are the best, I'm just so sad that they only service Hemet and not other cities. I've had them out to the same property twice now for different issues. First, a handyman tried to fix my shower handle and proceeded to mess everything up and then ask me for hundreds more to fix his mistake. Jim at pierce plumbing was able to resolve it quickly and only for the price of one service call. The second time we had a small little problem, pierce plumbing offered me advice on how to fix it myself first since its pretty simple but unfortunately I do not live anywhere near our rental property so I was happy to pay the service fee for Jim to go out there and tacked on another job too at no extra charges. Don't go anywhere else, just use these people. Trust me I've tried others and gotten quotes from many people and they are the best!
