One more completely satisfied customer. Cold call based on Yelp reviews. Quoted $320 for a combo job but warned it could go higher depending on whether A, B or C might be needed. Came over; finished the jobs perfectly; took much longer than expected due to unexpected difficulty with old pipes/connections (making me happy I hadn't attempted the job myself ... always a temptation) but didn't encounter A, B or C in spite of the extra 90 minutes. Charged me $275. Skilled, honest, and now ... trusted. Got myself a new plumber.

We contacted Pieper Plumbing recently when we have a hot water pipe spring a leak. John came out and fixed the leak pretty fast. He also gave us some great information on some problems we had been having with the water heater. The heater was nine years old and was about to die. John gave us a great price on replacing it. Today he replaced the heater and man does it work. While he was here he took a look at some other water problems we have been having. We had a couple of other plumbers look at these problems and they didn't do us right because we still had a problem. Once again John fixed problem. John is a professional and does top quality work and stands behind his work. He is a former Marine with old fashion ideas about doing people right and doing a job right the first time he does it. The next time we have any plumbing problems, John Pieper at Pieper Plumbing is who we are calling. If you want a real plumber who knows his stuff and treats you right, you better call John Pieper. My water heater died. I called and spoke to John to get a quote. He was able to come out the same day and replace the water heater. Chris showed up first and John joined him a bit later. They did clean, efficient work and installed the new heater perfectly.

They were both extremely personable and professional, and I will be using their services exclusively in the future. So glad I found a plumber that I can trust! Highly, highly recommend!

I had called them first thing in the morning and the owner John took my call. My plumbing problem was a broken copper pipe for the hot water to my kitchen sink from the night before, and I had to turn the water off at the street, as I was unable to repair, thus I needed someone out this morning to repair.
He told me he could be there at 11:30 am and do the repairs. He was busy that morning, but he'd squeeze me in, and to me that's customer service at its best. John arrived early, repaired the problem in quick order, and I have to say I'm very pleased with his quality of service. In fact, I have him providing a quote for a few other plumbing projects that we'll be scheduling shortly.
Pieper Plumbing is the plumbing company around. Excellent pricing for superb service.

I called this afternoon because we had a double sink in the kitchen backing up. Based on Yelp reviews and a close proximity to Pieper Plumbing, this seemed like a great choice.

John and his assistant were out within 15 minutes -- and all done within 45 minutes of my call!! Amazing service and thanks for squeezing us in on late notice. Professional, reasonable, efficient. Got right to the problem and fixed it.

We'll be giving them our future business (although you hope not to have any, right?)!

Today we had a backed-up kitchen sink. I read the reviews on YELP, and called John. He and his associate, Chris, came over and were able to clear the sink and replace the collar in the sink! I am so happy with their service!

Yeah! I will definitely be using them again for plumbing needs, and recommend them very highly!

There is simply no better plumbing company in North County than Pieper Plumbing. Period. Great service, prices that are fair and reasonable, and they even come out on a Sunday for emergency service where the water had to be turned off to the whole house. Heck, they even did all the drywall replacement/fix as well or better than my general contractor did when we remodeled the house -- above and beyond the call of duty to be sure!
