John is excellent at callback, punctual, very fair with pricing, and an overall pleasure to work with. We had 4 toilets replaced in our Fallbrook home, and from the first call, and discussion with him regarding which toilet to select, to the completion of the job, it was far less time than I expected. He's accommodating, and was very willing to spend a LOT of time explaining pros/cons of some upcoming additional work we need, and that we plan on scheduling with John.

I have hired John Pieper multiple times in the past few years because he is simply the best in the business!! I recently awakened to find a leak in the hot water tank that had seemingly permeated the structures around it. John did everything necessary to prevent future mold in the affected areas, replaced all the outdated connections, installed a quality tank, repaired all the water damaged areas, and left that part of my garage looking better than new!! Since my wife Pam and I are closing on our house in a week, John worked me into his busy schedule to complete this repair, which was on my home inspection.
