We have been using Pieper Plumbing for years. John is the best plumber we have ever used. He is prompt, professional, and does an amazing job everytime. I appreciate that he is honest and explains all of our options. He's worked on our gas outdoor fireplace as well as installed kitchen and bathroom fixtures, fixed our water leaks, installed our water heater etc. He really does it all. I highly recommend Pieper Plumbing. We had a very positive experience throughout the project to install our new powder room vanity, sink, faucet and update our older plumbing . Their pricing is reasonable; installation was completed on time; priced as quoted; and it looks beautiful!! John Pieper had to do a bit of extra work to fit the vanity to the wall properly, and his attention to detail really shows in the high quality results. He worked quickly and had our outside faucets repaired in no time. He suggested some extra work, and described why it was best to do it now. I had an accumulation of projects and problems that I had John Pieper handle for me. These included replacement of a faucet set, replacement of a bar sink and faucet, replacement of a toilet, and repair of a leaky shut-off valve. Previously, I had talked to a couple of the bigger plumbing companies that had crews from which they sent plumbers. I realized that the companies were lax on training and some of the plumbers lacked experience and were short on knowledge. I decided to find a local plumber that had been servicing Fallbrook for years and was a one-man operation. My reasoning was the overhead would be lower and my price should be correspondingly lower (it was); the plumber could not survive through the years if he was not good and honest; and he would likely be very experienced and knowledgeable. After looking at some of the on-line reviews, I selected Pieper Plumbing. A great choice. John Pieper is professional, arrived on-time, and did an awesome job at a very reasonable price with no angst involved. Clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Very refreshing compared to the other ""big"" companies I had dealt with in the past.

John is excellent at callback, punctual, very fair with pricing, and an overall pleasure to work with. We had 4 toilets replaced in our Fallbrook home, and from the first call, and discussion with him regarding which toilet to select, to the completion of the job, it was far less time than I expected. He's accommodating, and was very willing to spend a LOT of time explaining pros/cons of some upcoming additional work we need, and that we plan on scheduling with John.
