What a wonderful experience an honest plumber. Our sewer line is 80 years old and we wanted to be proactive and replace it before it broke. Steve's was very knowledgeable and personable, his bid was reasonable. When he scoped the line he found, and we could also see the images, there were no problems with the line. He gave us the option to do the replacement or wait . There was no pressure to do a job that was not needed for another 10 plus years. Would highly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues and will diffently use him for any future needs we may have.

Steve was professional and proficient, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He replaced a side sewer for me, and had the job done when he said is would be finished. I hated to need such a service, but it was better with someone with a great work ethic. He has a good rapport with his staff as well, which is really important to me.

Pipe bursting is their specialty. My old concrete pipes were worn down to the aggregate and starting to separate and let in roots. I loved the video camera showing the problem. Steve explained what could be done to get by, or what could be done to remove the problem. I chose to remove the problem, which meant running a cable from just outside our house to the sewer line in the alley and then pulling a hundred plus feet of new pipe through the old pipe (bursting it inch by inch) and replacing it. Boy, that was slick. I ended up with a seamless sewer pipe from our house to the sewer pipe. No problems since. Great job, Steve.

I wish I could give him no stars

Had an appointment with this person between 4 and 5 pm for commercial work he never called. I called at 5:20 he said he was running late then said he was busy with his boat and just got done. Said he would be 15 min to get there. He came he asked how I was I said I hate waiting he said if your going to be mad I will leave I said see ya.

No call Hes late and he had not even bid the job yet I would not recommend to and Enemy. This would have been a long job and if he is playing this game already no thanks.
