These plumbers were the subs for our new build. It took about 5 attempts by them to fix very simple problems. (No hot water in showers). I understand that shortages of materials currently exist and that isn't why they get this terrible rating from me. Their plumbers seem to be completely inept. The first plumber told us we had some """"pretty fancy fixtures"""" that he has never seen before. This company installed those fixtures. This plumber removed the inserts for 3 showers telling us they were all defective and new ones had to be ordered from Delta. After a long delay another plumber arrived and installed the new inserts. Great...Now the water was blasting hot in all showers and could not be adjusted to cool it! The builders rep had their site supervisor come and he adjusted a screw with a small tool (a mixer valve) to fix the problem. Then we found that the first plumber had thrown away one of the shower handles which resulted in a delay of about 2 months to order a new one so one of our showers was inoperative all that time. So, in summation, I would have been better off researching the original problem of no hot water in the shower than calling Piedmont Plumbers.
