Piece of Mind plumbing is absolutely exceptional. Marlon (the owner) and Scott are a 2 man team who go above and beyond to help! our water heater went out new years eve. we placed a service request with out home warranty company (who always drag things out) and were assigned Piece of mind plumbing. Once the problem was assessed, he promptly submitted the request for repairs, got the equipment needed and our water heater was fully replaced and back up to code in a day. with 4 kids (1newborn) at home, I can't share enough how much it meant to us that this service was expedited. Good honest business. Do not hesitate to call him for all our plumbing needs!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I'm actually shocked. I called to see if a plumbing job could be assessed, and before I could finish explaining, she said, "I'm not dealing with this", and she hung up on me. When I called back to see if we got disconnected she hung up again, before saying, "no you didn't get disconnected". Just ridiculous.

This is a great family owned company. We had a desperate situation and were out of town. Courtney immediately assessed our need for a fast resolution and was able to dispatch the repair within the hour. Fast, reliable, and 1/2 the cost of everyone else that was quoted to us. I would highly recommend them as quick, reasonably priced, VERY friendly, and honest. I know they will be our first call for any plumbing needs from now on!

Had to call on a Sunday and they came out within a few hours. Marlon was extremely nice, honest and friendly. They fixed the problem and gave us advice on how to keep problem from happening again. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I had a water leak I noticed early in the morning drinking my coffee on my back porch so I looked around had marlons wife answer get right on it and within an hour they arrived he fixed the issue really quickly and asked me if I needed anything else done so he fixed my wife's toilet that had been stoping itself up the last few weeks... good customer service marlon is very polite and if I have any more plumbing issues he will be my first person to call very pleased with my experience

This family owned company answered my emergency call in the early morning hours when many 24/7 plumbing companies were not responding. Our home was completely backed up and Marlon clearly explained the problem, and even gave clean up advice. The owners were extremely nice, and got to job done quickly, and effectively!

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I scheduled two appointments with them and no one showed up either time. I did not receive any phone calls from them during the whole experience. I had to call them, getting maybe every 1 out of 10 calls through. After getting no answer, I had to call from another number, in which they did answer. Screening calls much? I still have not received a return call from this company. This was an awful experience which cost me two full days waiting around for nothing. They lied on the home warranty report saying they came to the property. I was not contacted nor did I see this plumber come to my property. The crawl space access they claimed to see is inside of a home that they would not have access to unless they notified me when they arrived on site. Baker Brothers has since remedied this situation in a matter of hours with no problems at all.

extremely poor work absolutely the worst plumber ever. took every opportunity to up charge and did so low quality work that we had to pay a real plumber to come back and fix more than 1/2 of the stuff he did wrong. I would never recommend these people to anyone ever

One star is to high of a rating I had two appointments with this company. The first time a no call no show , when I recontacted them they stated they fired an employee for filling out tickets as completed. The second time they stated they would show up first thing in the a.m. The company did not come out again I will be contacting my home warranty company and let them know this company does not honor their word or contract.
