We had PR install our HVAC system about two and a half years ago. They were super helpful, answered all of our questions, followed up with maintenance visits, all was good until a month ago. Following a strange haze coming up thru our floor vents, the smoke alarms went off and then the AC died. We called PR and were told it would be five days before a tech could come out. Five days? It was basically, we're booked, so take it or leave it. When we asked for a suggestion for another HVAC company, the response was go ahead. We did call another HVAC company, they got us in same day, didn't matter that we weren't their customer, they got us in and the tech was outstanding. We've since reached out to PR via chat (online) and emails asking for someone to contact us, and so far, we've received nothing. To say that we're disappointed is an understatement. Based on the recent lack of interest or concern, I can't say that we would recommend them.

I'm several months late with this review but I had to comment about the service Picture Rocks provided for my mother.............She was having issues with her heater last winter. Someone came out and replaced a couple of things and it seemed to be all good but when late evening came, it was not working again. She called the technician and he came out again, that same evening and fixed the problem. He had a great attitude and was very kind to my 88 year old mother.

Loved the service showed up in a mask on time and were very nice. The water heater service was great. Abel was very neat and clean left no mess. I was shocked how much stuff came out of the water heater after just a year. I will also be using them for our hvac system. Price was incredibly fair also

Our AC went out on a 107° heat day. A different company came out and told us we basically needed to spend over $10,000.00 to replace our entire HVAC system. We called Picture Rocks for a 2nd opinion. They were out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got our house cooled down right away with our existing system for just a few hundred dollars!! Thank you for your integrity and prompt service!

Our AC went out suddenly on a Friday afternoon and so I started cold calling repair companies to see who could come out ASAP. Ron promptly returned my call and said he could be at my house in 1.5 hours. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Within 30 minutes, he figured out the issue and in about 1.5 hours, he fixed our AC. Best of all, they had the most reasonable price for an ""after hours"" visit of all the places I contacted! We couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely contact them again for any AC/heating/plumbing needs

Awesome service and very friendly!! Best experience ever!! Had our AC go out last night, called our warranty company and got a request submitted. Unfortunately the first company couldn't get to us till Saturday but when it was given to Picture Rock. I called and they set me up same day!! The Tech Chris was awesome at finding the problem and promptly fixing it!! Quality, amazing customer service, speedy repair and honestly compassion made this experience great!!
