We have used Picture Rocks Cooling Heating & Plumbing for several years now. Recently our AC unit was giving us trouble during an extreme heat wave. We called and setup an appointment, they arrived on time, and repaired the unit in short order. Picture Rocks is prompt, affordable, and trustworthy; they are over all a great value. We trust Picture Rocks with our HVAC and Plumbing and recommend them to others. It is such a relief to have Picture Rocks to rely on.

Loved the service showed up in a mask on time and were very nice. The water heater service was great. Abel was very neat and clean left no mess. Our AC went out on a 107° heat day. A different company came out and told us we basically needed to spend over $10,000.00 to replace our entire HVAC system. We called Picture Rocks for a 2nd opinion. Our AC went out suddenly on a Friday afternoon and so I started cold calling repair companies to see who could come out ASAP. Ron promptly returned my call and said he could be at my house in 1.5 hours. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Within 30 minutes, he figured out the issue and in about 1.5 hours, he fixed our AC. Best of all, they had the most reasonable price for an ""after hours"" visit of all the places I contacted! We couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely contact them again for any AC/heating/plumbing needs

Awesome service and very friendly!! Best experience ever!! Had our AC go out last night, called our warranty company and got a request submitted. Unfortunately the first company couldn't get to us till Saturday but when it was given to Picture Rock. I called and they set me up same day!! The Tech Chris was awesome at finding the problem and promptly fixing it!! Quality, amazing customer service, speedy repair and honestly compassion made this experience great!!

Most pleased with the service Picture Rocks provided. Technicians were not only helpful but courteous to my crisis. Initial diagnosis of the issue reported was that the fan was operating within normal parameters. Yet the fan failed 36 hours later. PRCH came back out, replaced the fan motor and now I am sitting in a much cooler home. Kudos to Troy and his assistant who I forget the name.

Definitely will always call this team for my cooling and heatings issues!

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Ron and his team at Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating. Our AC was acting up, I called first thing in the morning and they said they could be out at my home in three hours!!!!!! Ninety minutes after arriving, my AC was working perfectly. The technician, Troy was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Picture Rocks to anyone who is having an AC issue.
