Most pleased with the service Picture Rocks provided. Technicians were not only helpful but courteous to my crisis. Initial diagnosis of the issue reported was that the fan was operating within normal parameters. Yet the fan failed 36 hours later. PRCH came back out, replaced the fan motor and now I am sitting in a much cooler home. Kudos to Troy and his assistant who I forget the name.

Definitely will always call this team for my cooling and heatings issues!

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Ron and his team at Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating. Our AC was acting up, I called first thing in the morning and they said they could be out at my home in three hours!!!!!! Ninety minutes after arriving, my AC was working perfectly. The technician, Troy was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Picture Rocks to anyone who is having an AC issue.

We could not have been more pleased with their prompt service, expertise, courteous and knowledgeable technician (Troy) and reasonable cost. I've been very pleased with the service I get from Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating. I've used them for both, cooling and heating! The are prompt with service, I don't think I've ever gone more than 48 hrs without them coming for service. They are all very professional, and work hard to maintain your current systems without pushing you to new expensive units you don't need.

I had to jump on here really quick because this company really helped us out. Our AC wasn't working properly and they fit us in at 7AM on a Saturday. We were really freaking out because we were having a birthday party at our house later that day.

The tech arrived promptly at 7am and walked me through everything he was doing. He gave me a lot of great information on our units and how to properly care for them.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I will always choose them first from now on for any of my heating and cooling needs.

Called on a Monday and an appointment was set up for the next day. They never showed up or called. I called next day and left message asking what was going on. One of their techs showed up the next day without notice and we weren't at home. Never called me or left any messages.

I had Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating come out to check out our AC unit. It was running almost full time and barely able to keep the house cool. They said the unit was on its last leg and needs to be replaced. They said the unit was a poor design and very undependable and will fail soon. We ran a couple more days before I called another company in town. They came out within 3 hours and inspected the unit. It was dangerously low on refrigerant and it would have NOT lasted another week if we kept running it- in other words we would have burned it up if we listened to Picture Rocks. The reputable company I called serviced it, cleaned the coils, gave me lots of tips to keep it running at peak performance. It's worked flawless since and easily gets the house into the high 70's.

I am very disappointed in Picture Rocks Cooling and heating. I feel they are either unskilled or deceptive. I will never use them again!
