Joe outfitted our main bathroom with a commode and safety bar that make our bathroom easier to use. It was so good, we had him do the same to a second bathroom!

Pickwick came to my house and said they fixed a laundry pipe problem (that i had never experienced in my 25 years of living in Greenwich). The same problem then reoccurred shortly afterward. Pickwick said on the phone that they only guarantee for two weeks and wanted me to pay again ($500) to fix a problem they had not fixed.

Excellent service !!! We used Pickwick to replace a water heater on a commercial building that was leaking and was in a very tight spot and really hard to gain access to . They came and replaced it promptly and at a very reasonable price.

Pickwick Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last few years. About 5 days ago our heating/hot water ""on demand"" system stopped working. So no heat and no hot water - in CT in November!! I called Pickwick and they were at my house that day. To make a long story short, the unit was under warranty but the company (Navien) was giving us a really hard time about sending the part. Spike was on the phone with them for at least 2 hours, pleading for them to send the part, while trying to gerry rig a repair. And this cycle continued for a few days! He kept coming back to the house to check in and tweak the unit when it inevitably would stop working. We were all set to ditch the system completely and pay $$$ for a new one from a different company when Spike was able to convince them to send the part. Then he spent the better part of today installing the unit and making sure it worked. He really went above and beyond, saving us several thousand dollars for a new system. Cant' thank him enough!

Unresponsive and unprofessional.
Some professions treat all clients with professionalism and respect. Others provide better service to long-time, repeat clients. Unfortunately, Pickwick does neither, providing poor service to customers new and old. Pickwick replaced our boiler several years back (costing thousands) but could not be bothered to call us back during a normal workday when we had no hot water. After 7 hours with no call back (during business hours on a week day) we found another plumber. You should too.

Pickwick plumbers were our Helpers after the Sandy Storm of Oct- Nov 2012. They pumped out the basement ( 2 feet of water) and replaced the Hot water heater and then the Furnace/ Boiler. They coordinated extremely well in arranging town requirements, utility situation , delivery, electrician, and installing additional concrete blocks to raise the HWH and Boiler as far off the floor as possible.... Electricity back on so the HW would work and Gas back on for the stove followed by Gas back on to the Furnace. All employees were friendly, neat, considerate and efficient. They worked in the cold and a bit mucky basement and supplied their own heater for comfort. They were fine with the dog. I could not have asked for a faster cleanup and installation even if I had scheduled it in advance!. Billing was appropriately detailed and presented as an estimate prior to starting the job. All workers seemed to be working and there was no wasted time or delays for missing supplies, it was well planned out by the boss, and well executed by the staff. I cannot attest to the longevity of the installation - yet ( it has only been about 3 weeks) but I feel confident that they will stand behind their work with integrity and responsiveness. cmd - Old Greenwich , CT
