Rob H.Great service and very courteous technicians. Worked me into their schedule and did very thorough check on my septic system and went the extra mile to ensure it was working correctly. I thought the system only required pumping but tech found blockage in the inlet pipe to the tank. If he hadn't found it, the system would not have worked properly following pump out. They spent extra time to properly diagnose the problem and were very good about explaining it to me. I feel that the value of the service exceeded the cost. Will definitely have them service my system again when it is required. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Theressa G.Extremely unprofessional. Technician is a """"James Self"""" and he took pictures of things that had nothing to do with plumbing issues (like what was on my bathroom counter). Also after he """"fixed"""" the issue- two days later plumbing backed up again. Will make sure next time I wait on an actual professional plumber. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Do not recommend.
