I called because I thought I had a clog in my pipe.
Danny (owner) was here that night, the price was amazing, the workers were very "Covid safe", they kept me informed of what was going on & showed me what the problem was (which was great because I never felt like I was being "taken" when I thought it was a simple clogged drain and they showed me it was a fully collapsed pipe that ended up taking more work than expected), and they were the friendliest guys who worked very cleanly and efficiently!
I seriously can't recommend them highly enough! One of the best companies and the nicest most competent workers I've ever called to my home for any kind of repairs. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Pickell Plumbing helped me big time with my hot water heater at my rental property in Hutto. There was a strange issue with my pressure relief valve and it kept dumping out water on the side of the house. I was concerned there was a slab leak but they found the issue and it was pretty minor so I was elated!. They also helped me out with a leaky faucet upstairs. Good service and affordable rates. Mr. Pickell came over in the evening and was quickly able to fix my toilet and problem solve other things in my home ( faucets, bad water pressure and shower heads not working).

The following week he and his staff installed a water softener with great efficiency and even alerted me to an electrical problem and how to possibly fix it. That problem had been plaguing me for months. He was a huge help and was extremely knowledgeable, showed up in a very timely manner and was exceptionally polite as well as helpful.

Had them come out because our toilets were not flushing correctly, thought it might be a main drain issue but wasn't sure. They were two hours late, came while we were gone, checked the main drain and found nothing. Wanted to charge $100 dollars for the visit. I called and said they didn't fix anything. They agreed to come out again and not charge for the visit. When they came they tried to up-sell us a $4500 water softener which we already had. And wanted $600 to replace the insides of 3 toilets. I bought the parts for $60 and did it myself then they billed me $189. I agreed that a fair price is $100, but they refused to budge. Terrible service given they were 2 hours late on the first appointment and it could've been diagnosed on the first visit

No need for luck when God is on your side. After receiving threats about being sued by this company which didn't not complete its job nor did the Initial installation properly I decided to show proof of the shoddy work. All four pipes were installed at different heights which ranged from 18-21 inches high but the sink level was only 16 inches high. Here we have a pic/video footage of actual employee which helped to install. These are not opinions of their work but actual facts. Never throw out idle threats when you are in the wrong because you will be countered sued by my companies loss.

Danny at Pickell Plumbing has done fine professional work for us here for years. He is like part of the family. I have used him for any plumbing work that I have needed done and he schedules the job and gets it handled with no worries. Too the attention to detail and the skill with which he does his work is exceptional very top notch. He stands proud in that department and it is something that only happens when someone loves their trade. When Danny is busy and sends out his employees it is always the case that they are courteous and friendly and happy! I always notice these kinds of things and it is nice to see that in today's busy world.
