Danny is true life-saver!

He has come out to fix urgent plumbing problems at our house on several occasions and does a great job and provides awesome customer service.

This week he replaced a broken water heater and notice the exhaust vent had not been properly installed when our house was built 20 years ago. Several hours and zero extra dollars later we not only had a working water heater but also no longer had CO leaking in our garage and walls.

Could not recommend this business highly enough!

We woke up one morning during the terrible ice and snow storm to find water on our kitchen floor.  We turned off the water under the sink and contacted our insurance company.  We then started calling plumbers.  No one called us back, nothing.  It has now been a month and I am tired of waiting for the over ten plumber that were recommended not calling us back.  I made a list of every plumber in the area.  Pickell Plumbing was on the list.  I called them and received a call about an hour later.  The woman who called apologized for not calling sooner.  I was shocked because it had only been an hour and no one else even took the time to call.  The woman who called told me someone could come to our house the next day.  The plumber showed up during the time window.  My husband was home for the visit.  He said the plumber was courteous, friendly and went to work the minute he walked in.  I never share what we pay for repairs or purchases we make.  However, I will tell you I was shocked in the BEST way possible.  When my husband told me what we were charged, I made him repeated it because I did not think there was anyway the price could be what my husband told me.  If you need a plumber who is courteous, timely, will do a great job and are so reasonable in their prices I recommend you call Pickell Plumbing.  I would give them ten stars if possible.

I called Danny at Pickell plumbing very late, he walked me through how to get the water off through the softener (because we could not get to the main box because of the ice) until he could get there. He showed up that night and saved us from getting more damage and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend him to anyone. Will be my go to from now on.

A stopped up toilet is never fun especially at midnight. Mr. Pickell not only accepted the call but was our own personal comedian making a very uncomfortable situation better than expected. Very professional, super quick response time and above and beyond effort in double checking work and clean up. Could not have had a better experience and local. Very happy with the emergency service provided by Pickell Plumbing. We had a leak between the water main and our house. Unfortunately this meant turning off the water to our house. So we needed to get someone out to fix it as fast as possible.

After calling around and having no luck, I looked up on Nextdoor and Yelp to see all the high rated plumbers in the area. Pickell was well rated, so I gave them a call. I am very glad I did.

I had a team over at the house and they worked through some terrible weather. So bad they had to keep going back into their van to wait for a break in it. Despite all that, they kept me informed every step of the way and explained what they were doing. They managed to do all of this with a very professional demeanor, despite the conditions. By the time they finished the job, they were about as muddy as could be.

I will not be needing to find a plumber, the next time we have any plumbing needs. I know who I will call.

I called because I thought I had a clog in my pipe.
Danny (owner) was here that night, the price was amazing, the workers were very "Covid safe", they kept me informed of what was going on & showed me what the problem was (which was great because I never felt like I was being "taken" when I thought it was a simple clogged drain and they showed me it was a fully collapsed pipe that ended up taking more work than expected), and they were the friendliest guys who worked very cleanly and efficiently!
I seriously can't recommend them highly enough! One of the best companies and the nicest most competent workers I've ever called to my home for any kind of repairs. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Pickell was able to fix a gas leak behind our stove. The owner, and his workers scheduled the job quickly, and were fast when they arrived. The guys were super nice and were kind enough to answer my questions! I'd recommend them anytime!

I had raw sewage coming out of all my bathtubs and toilets. I called these guys from my job and they promptly responded. Not only did they clear my main line but they even cleaned up my bathtubs and toilets and responded hours in advance of what I expected. Highly recommend!!! Awesome work folks.
