I have a Tagashi tankless water heater. They were referred by their main company in Tennessee. The plumber came out 3 times, had me order parts to fix the unit and none of it worked. In the end the unit had to be replaced. The office manager was not helpful or efficient. I would not recommend them at all.

You should stay away from this company. They came out and worked on out heater in 12/23/19. We have a gas leak and the had picasso plumbing come out to take a look. They said that whoever worked on it didn't do it properly and that the work was poorly done. When I attempted to call them, they denied liability and said they have NO record of our job. I have a sticker and date they placed on my heater. How can you not have a record less than a year ago? Please use a more reputable company. Placing blame on the consumer and not taking responsibility for something like this is dangerous. I have young kids in my home. They could have died from this. It's not a joke.

DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!! I called them in regards to an A.O. Smith water heater that is under warranty. They were to replace the burner valve and screen. Before he (the plumber) left he informed me my pressure relief valve was leaking (NOT) so he replaced it with a new one.No one requested my old one to be replaced. He then told me it was dwp fault for pressure coming in to my house was to high and that he could install a pressure relive valve. There had been No water leaking and no evidence of the same. Before he arrived at my home. Within a hour of of him leaving I had puddles of water on patio where my unit is installed. When I called the Picasso plumbing's office to inform them of the problem the gal basically said ""too bad"" it was the dwp's fault. and they were not doing anything about the leak. I live on $600.00 a month and can't afford $400 for a to have a pressure regulator. Bottom line picasso replaced a part with out my permisson and before he came I had no leak and now I have a steady stream of water coming out of relief valve and puddles of water on the patio creating an accident waiting to happen for a 68 year old women. If you need an honest plumber Piccaso is NOT the one to call.

I had a screeching water heater. The first plumber thought it was the gas line and changed it. No luck. Second plumber thought it was because the water pressure was too high and installed an expansion tank. Still no luck. Third plumber just kept saying, ""It could be anything."" Finally, I called the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. They connected me with Picasso Plumbing. The guessed the problem over the phone. They came out promptly and on time. The plumber was friendly and polite. They fixed it immediately and on the first try. And it didn't cost me anything. Lesson learned. Go with the manufacturer first.

Thank you Whirlpool for the warranty recall and sending out Jose to replace the burner. I spoke to Mary whom was very sweet especially during the tough times that lies ahead of us now. I'm just so glad Picasso Plumbing came out to Monterey Park and fixed the issue. Thumbs up to their wonderful service!

Great work - so quick and nice. We had a warranty repair on our American water heater. I called before office hours and they called me back first thing. I was lucky and they had the part in stock and sent someone before the appointment time. They called ahead, they were fast even though I had a very tight space to work and Jose was super nice. All this while the Corona Virus was scaring everyone. Thank You !
PS some of the other reviews are BS. If the gas company detects a leak, they turn off your gas. End of story.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. This name appeared as a recommendation from Takagi""s ""warranty"" department but it's really a way to keep the customer- me- from getting the protection I should be getting from the warranty. The technician came over and tested the machine. He determined that the gas valve needed to be larger. He also determined that the machine kept shutting off due to ""water pressure""- even though this house has been here since 1936 and never gas had this problem. The bottom line is that I am not able to take a hot shower and this plumbing company could care less about solving my problem. All they are interested in doing is making sure your ""warranty"" is voided. I could not say more about what a shoddy company this is.

Company was referred by water heater manufacturer. Came on time. For water heater: removed burner assembly, repacked valve, added spring. Water heater had issues. Took about 1 hour to complete. Jose is very efficient and knowledgeable. Appreciated service.

We haven't had hot water since yesterday because our water heater stopped working. My husband called Picasso Plumbing last night and left his contact info with the receptionist. He was told someone will call him back. No one did. He called Picasso again this morning and told them he's been waiting for their call since last night. This time he left my contact info for them to call since he had to be at work today. I've waited 4 hours for a return phone call and nothing. I finally called at 10:15 this morning and told the receptionist everything I've written here so far. In a non-apologetic way she said, ""We're fully booked for this whole month. No one will be able to come out to your house."" Really?!?! So I would've waited forever if I hadn't called?!? And what kind of business are they running if they can't send someone out for an emergent situation such as a broken water heater?!? I will never use their services again!

I had these guys out to check on a potential gas leak in a water heater in my apartment complex. These guys showed up without a handheld gas sniffer sensor and insisted they couldn't smell any gas or detect a leak. SoCal gas was at my building the day before and identified a leak coming from the burner and they had a gas sniffer which detected the presence of gas. I was baffled with how they could refute the note from so cal gas that said there was a gas leak coming from the burner when they did not even have a gas sniffer sensor of their own?!?! So Vic and Andres turn the water heater back on and insist that everything is functioning perfectly. On another day So cal gas is called out again for a gas leak. They identify the same problem again. I got another plumber who brought a gas sniffer with them and properly identified the leak and they fixed it with a gasket kit.
This company would not be able to identify a gas leak even if they received a Fart to the face.
My experience with Picasso plumbing was not good and I would not use them for any of my plumbing needs.
