I called about replacing a septic tank. They came out, looked at the situation, quoted me a price, and said they'd be back in about three weeks. After four weeks and not hearing from them, I called for a status report. They guy on the phone said, """"We'll get back to you. Septic tanks is not all we do, you know."""" I thought, it's all I'm interested in, and called another company.

I called with a septic issue and they came out and fixed it within 2 weeks. That was great because all plumbers are so busy and to get one to come is wonderful. I would recommend them. They are courteous on the phone too.
