Our experience with PiPiper was amazing from start to finish! This was our first time working with Ale and his son, Dave, and they went above and beyond with customer service. We had some complicated plumbing issues and PiPiper took them in stride, creatively and professionally solving the issues, and leaving our home as neat and orderly, as if no one was there! We've finally found plumbers that come when they say they'll come and they do the work they say they're going to do. No surprises! We'll call them again for all of our plumbing needs. You should, too!

Ale and Dave know what they're doing, collective 40+ years of experience. Our previous serviceman didn't install the Navien unit correctly, so it failed within three years, pipes melted, saw was required. Dave immediately diagnosed reasons for failure onsite, incorrect exhaust piping, absence of relief piping below the unit, just basically wrong all around and wouldn't pass inspection. The two did an excellent job replacing the unit in one day removing archaic piping from a tanked system and installing brand new copper piping customized for our setup. Dave is Navien Certified which is key, visits headquarters in NJ every so often, which gives him access to specialized Navien support via pin. Most importantly, they are quick to respond to calls and within minutes I got a call back. It's common practice in this industry to get no response (as with our previous serviceman), but they will get back to you. Visually speaking, they did a great job, and one year later the unit is very happy.

I was having a party on New Year's Day, and my disposal was leaking.
Called Ale, left a message and he returned my call within 30 minutes.
He gave me a price on the phone and stuck with it, even though he mistakenly scheduled it fo New Year's Day.
Ale came out and replaced the disposal along with the drain pipes which were going in the wrong direction.
Fair price and eveything works fine.

Excellent company to call. Ale arrived on time. Worked quickly and knowledgeably to find and correct the problem. When complete he cleaned up the work area to a shine and presented a very fair bill. He kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend him. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

My name is Scott, I just had Ale and Dave install a water heater that blew up and flooded my barber shop... without me asking, he made the job a priority planning to get to me in the afternoon... he ran into a conflict with a job that he was working on and immediately let me know so that I did not waste my day waiting for him... I appreciate that kind of respect for my time,,,,, we set a new time for the following morning..... he was at my shop first thing the next morning.... I was 35 minutes late to meet him which threw off his entire day yet he was not angry... they did the job in under three hours and left the work area cleaner then it had been in years... I think the he charged me a very fair price... these guys are stand up guys


***** i read some of the other YELP posts and they described Ale as angry and overpriced... I am laughing out load because that is not that person that i dealt with...
*** so i am assuming that to get Ale mad enough for him to loose his temper, you have to be a pretty unrealistic, selfish, disrespectful and rude person... we all have met this kind of customer

Ale and Dave will be the first plumbers I call if ever needed again,,, I just stored there contact information in my smart phone

Unprofessional and rude. I was yelled at on the phone and treated in the most disrespectful manner. They came to fix the drain in our tub and instead managed to crack it causing us to purchase a brand new tub. Ale lost his temper in my house with my children present, and I was embarrassed for him. His quote to fix it was double what we paid as we went with a different plumber after that. Though he is ""fully insured"" it doesn't mean a thing b/c he didn't do anything to fix it on his own dime though he caused the problem in the first place. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

These are the guys to call if you need work on your heating system. They were able to completely fix my new high efficiency heat and hot water system that was improperly installed about 2 years ago. They were able to do the work in 1/2 a day and now it works perfectly

Friendly, professional and clean. I would highly recommend them and wished I had hired them to originally install the system. Looking forward to a trouble free heating season

You have to pay people for their time, mileage and work. I get that. Ale insisted he performed work that he did not do. Then he complained about having to come to a town outside his range, about the assignment and about how much more he could/should have charged me. Again, for work he didn't do.
