To make things worse our pipe that we paid $750 for isn't even 6 months old and already busted. Stay clear from this 'business'. New plumber had to put an entirely new piping in because he says this piping is Mickey Mouse and not proper. Sad. Scammers.

I'm not sure how this company has anything but 5 stars. Maybe the one bad review was user error lol. I highly recommend this company and will continue to refer any that asks in their direction. I was extremely impressed with Lethe entire process from start to finish. The team was extremely professional. Very responsive and made an unfortunate event be very painless. We had our main line clog in our house at about 6pm. I started calling around for estimates as well as how quickly job could be completed. A lot of companies would not quote over the phone. They charged an evaluation fee just to come out. Other companies would quote over the phone but were not available for a couple of days. Upon calling cypress plumbing, not only were they $100 less, they were also able to come out first thing in the morning. They got the line snaked out in ten minutes and provided a 30 day warranty if it clogs up again. Unfortunately, at about 8pm that night we found out line clogged again. Called them back and they showed up at 9:30 to fix the issue. This time sending a camera down the line just to ensure all was good. Please support this company as we need more hard working, honest people like this

George came out on a Sunday afternoon to help replace a toilet that was badly used by my previous tenants. He was efficient, got the job done fast, and was very courteous. I will be using Cypress Plumbing again for any future needs.

Received a fast response. The appointment was made for Wednesday but they had an opening and was able to come out the same day. Evan was friendly and explained everything. They were able to complete the work the same day and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

I liked that the two gentlemen that showed up, after analyzing the situation, offered to do the work on the spot. The cost estimate was not outrageous.
I declined their kind offer, but I might not, next time.

Called to make an appointment for service, person identified a date and time he could come. He asked me to text him my address & specifics since he was driving and needed a reminder which I was happy to do. He did not arrive on the date we agreed on so I made another appointment for him to do work I needed done. I talked to the same personand e picked the date and time he could come to my house. He did not show up again. So, I lost 2 weeks waiting on this company. I do not recommend using this company.
