Our water heater took a crap and they came the very next day and boom done. Pricey, but They came when they were supposed to, they sent me a text when they were on their way, and I got a picture of the person who was going to be working in my house that day. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

At 8PM and in the middle of a major winter storm with 2 feet of snow on the ground the water heater that heats the house decided to die. Called all the surrounding businesses that listed ""24 hour emergency service available"" only to get a voicemail or to be told sorry we can't come out in this weather. Thank God I stumbled across Phoenix Plumbing and Matt. Instead of weathering out the storm like the rest of the companies, Matt graciously offered to drive out in the middle of the storm to help us out; again this was no easy feat with the snow coming down heavy and my house located on the top of a mountain road. Matt took care of the problem in no time and we got to ride out the storm in a warm house. I'm sure Matt was quite happy in his warm house with his family before I called, but he came to our rescue without any hesitation, and that says a lot about his character. Matt you a customer for life.

Pretty good plumbers to be honest. I had an emergency leak that turned out to be a dud pump. Matt handled everything on the highest level, explained what needed to be done and gave us a few options. I felt pretty confident about his knowledge and his workmanship. Went ahead and got the pumps replaced. Great to know there are honest people still around.

Late yesterday morning (on a Saturday) I smelled what can only be described as car exhaust in my house. My furnace room was filled with smoke. I shut it off at the emergency switch and called 30 different companies. The ones who answered couldn't come out, or WOULD NOT come out because i wasn't a current customer (How do they expect to get NEW customers?!) I had no heat and the house stank! Phoenix came to the rescue! On his day off, Matt not only fixed the furnace, but talked me through everything he had done. He was a very professional, polite and honest young man. Glad to know there are still good business people in our area! Thank you Matt!
