Tim and Brandon are great. They go above and beyond what they need to do. They do excellent work and the clean up afterwards is as if they were never even there. They are nice guys and honest guys and that is all a consumer-needs to know. We have used them a few times and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Tim has been my plumber for a number of years. We live in an older home and he has seen many of the crazy, ""Oh my,"" things one encounters with an antique. He's tended to every issue with precision, expertise, always thoroughly completing the job. Today, however, Tim broke his own record of excellent service. I had a very minor plumbing issue--a teeny tiny tub drip that threatened a tub reglazing project I had booked for weeks. I'm sure Tim had more important business today, but he came as quickly as he could and handled the situation calmly and expertly. It's not only a razor sharp skillset one should think about when hiring a professional, but a willingness to assist when the problem isn't necessarily about the ""big job."" If you need a plumber, call him.

I couldn't disagree more! Tim did not show up for a scheduled apt last week and he hasn't responded to messages. Poor customer service.
