On Thursday morning I awoke to water leaking on my hardwood floor from my toilet. I called Joe at Phoenix Plumbing at 6AM to leave a message, Instead he picked up and I explained my situation. Joe was polite, took my information and said he would have his office call by 8:00am. At 7:45 Joe called and said that a man by the name of Mike was on his way. Mike arrived at 8:20am and by 9:00 am my leak was fixed. Mike also checked the other toilet to make sure it was working in good condition. He left and my anxiety and concerns were put to rest. I was referred to them by my friend and I had a fantastic experience. We had just moved into our new place and within a couple hours we noticed some water pooling on the backside of our kitchen, which we discovered was a leak under the sink. I called Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Services and they added us to their schedule that day. Their technician came out within a few ours and quickly identified that the garbage disposal and an additional pip were leaking. He fixed both items within an hour and a half and we have had no problems since. They helped us save from having a larger flood and they charged a very reasonable price for the work. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I had been having a problem with my plumbing for a few months. I had a strange sewer smell that would come and go from under my kitchen sink. I couldn't quite pin point where or when I would smell it so I decided to call Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service. Joe was able to come out and check out my issue within a few days. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly! Not only that but he was able to answer a lot of my questions about other plumbing and drain related things around my house. For instance, he told me that he was able to service my water softener and RO system. He also let me know ways to keep them working efficiently. I was so impressed with Joe's professional nature and wealth of information. He was very kind and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We moved into our 45 year old house a year ago and knew the major appliances wouldn't last long; little did I know my laundry room would be suddenly flooded with no warning this week. After searching on NextDoor for recommendations for a plumber, I found a review of Phoenix plumbing & drain service. They helped us quickly and did a great job. Very responsive. Customer service person (Cheryl?) was incredibly responsive and helpful, talking us through how to stop the immediate issue until they arrived. Exceptional customer service and reasonable prices! They even rerouted our drainage so the laundry room would never flood again. Will definitely call again (hopefully won't need to for a while)

We live in a development that was built in the mid 90's and recently our neighbor experienced a disastrous flooding issue due to a water pressure issue. Through this issue we became aware that water line pressure regulators have roughly a 10 year life span.

After checking Yelp for reviews. We had Phoenix Plumbing check ours and it was determined that the pressure was too high and it needed to be replaced.

The experience was top rate! Joe installed the new regulator and a hose bib in about an hour. The process was prompt, clean and very professional. We would highly recommend this company. And will continue to utilize them, if any future issues arise.
