PHIXSER IS A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS....They came to replace my heater....I came home to them forcing me to get an electrician from them as well....well he came and just bashed a hole in the wall and did a MICKEY MOUSE JOB....They left our home over night in darkness.....my pets we're in the house panting like crazy....No one answers calls!!! They WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE LURCH....They refuse to show us their electricians Credentials....We are sweating all tonight!!!

Called them to fix two toilets and replace a hose bib October 12, 2021. Told me they needed to order parts for the toilet and that it would take only a few weeks. Came back in early November with the toilet parts only to be told they weren't the right parts. They replaced the hose bib but left the hole in the wall, apparently the $290 hose bib replacement did not include repair of the wall. I waited for a call about the toilet parts but ended up having to call them only to hear the same answers, either the parts were being ordered or they were still looking for them. Every week a different excuse. Then I got tired of calling but they kept calling me every week to remind me to pay the full invoice and every week I would tell them the job wasn't complete. Weeks turned into months and then in early May of THIS YEAR (2022) the calls started again to pay the invoice, this time apparently having noticed they didn't finish the job they adjusted their invoice to just include the $290 hose bib replacement. Again a hose bib replacement with no patching of the wall and they tightened the hose on the bib so tightly that we haven't actually been able to remove the hose. I never go out of my way to write negative reviews but this experience was so frustrating and annoying. I will say the employee that came to replace the hose bib originally back October was very nice and friendly. He did inform me that he believed someone else was supposed to come to patch the wall (that is was a different department that was in charge of that) but if it were not for his friendliness and professionalism I would have given a worse review. Don't waste you time with this company

Called for a clogged main drain pipe. They sent a guy but he could not resolve the issue. The guy did not have the necessary equipment so he could not do the job. We called the main office but no one answered. The guy left and we did not hear back from any of them. We continued to call to see if they would come back and left several messages. No answers. No reply. Just not professional. We ended up calling another company and had the issue resolved within 20 minutes ( they were prepared) for a great price. Would not recommend Phixser to anyone.

Do not use this company. they come in and say you have more problems than what you originally called them for. They broke my sink faucet and then the worker said it was already broken. Now im stuck fixing it on my own. This company came in through a home insurance service i contracted and i will definitely cancel the service, Phixser does not answer the calls. lies about your service and you can not reach the owners Korbitz nor the Jorge Harb. The secretary Claudia is rude and does not give you any help. The other worker Chris also is no help at all. and they do not complete the jobs.

I had a water heater installed by Phixser. The installer left the wires to water heater exposed after installation. I contacted Gabriel with Phixser and he made sure it was immediately rectified.

I found this company through Home Advisors. I had an issue with a nearly brand new bathroom sink faucet. The water coming out wasn't at full force. At first I thought it was clogged somewhere since the water pressure wasn't strong. They show up and the 2 guys speak ZERO English. Legal citizens... questionable? The entire conversation had to be translated via my phone with the person in their home office. Then I got a quote for $180 to replace the hardware. Again this is a brand new sink that never gets used because it's in my guest bathroom. I went Home Depot the following day and spent $3.74 on an aerator filter and the problem is solved. Do not use this company they're a rip off.
