I needed a new water softner. Phil said he could repair my old unit. After $500 and many phone calls, which were very rude on Phil's part, he never came back except to throw a bag of salt into the unit. I called Performance Water Works who referred him-John was very helpful and sent a new plumber at his expense to complete the repairs. My unit now works well.

I would be remissed if I did not write to warn others who are unsuspecting that Phil is unreliable, uncivil, and unprofessional. EEEEEKKKKK! ME DEFINITELY THINS NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I have been using Phil's Water Works for 15 or 20 years and he has always treated me fairly. About 3 years ago he put in a new water softener and that act saved me at least $50 a year on the cost of salt, Once a year he comes out to service the RO filter under the kitchen sink. He's honest and efficient. If you need an RO filter or a new water softener, he's the man to call. I live in Huntington Beach, not San Francisco.

Phill is is very honest. After coming to my house for a service call, he suggested that my problem may be covered by insurance. It was, and the insurance wanted to use their plumber. This will save me money, but Phill is out of a job. Thanks Phill for being so honest.

We wanted to replace our water heater and water softener. Did an ""ask"" on Nextdoor, and one of my neighbors recommened Phil's Water Works. He met the price of our best quote and came out on Saturday morning to do our upgrade. More then helpful and knowledgeable. Great guy who made our life better with his skills and expertise! I recommend him to anyone that needs a dependable and honest guy. Will call him again!

This company was referred to us by my aunts. They specifically recommended Mario and said he was a very trustworthy person. He showed up promptly both times and was very honest with us about what needed to be done versus trying to get us to spend money we didnt have to. The house is my grandmother's and she is almost 96 years old. Considering we dont have too many years left with her i told him we weren't looking to spend thousands of dollars on a property that will be sold in the next few years. He completely understood and gave us the best solution for our situation. He stayed 4 long hours clearing the roots out of our sewage pipe to fix our reoccuring overflow problem. We live in Anaheim Hills which has extremely hard water. Our home has an old water softener system, but we suspect the previous owners never maintained it. Within a few months of owning our home, the system sprang a leak.

We called Phil who came to our home to investigate. As we suspected, our water softener system was in bad shape. Phil ordered the parts and repaired our system. It's been working great for the past year.

We have had a softener for about 8 years. We have noticed it was just not working as we had hoped. Phil came to do an initial service call and immediately found a clogged brine tank which he fixed. It was expected that the resin and carbon tanks were in need of replacement so a follow up appointment was scheduled for this last Saturday. Mario came and determined the resin tank was fine. However issues were discovered and after a trip in the crawlspace Mario found the ""real problem"". Someone in the past had put a ""t"" in the main line directing water to the bathrooms without going through the softener. Mario was able to cut and cap the ""mistake"" and then determined both the resin and carbon tanks did not need replacement! Only because Mario's digging did we really get to the bottom of our problems. Now we have a fully functioning water softener. Thanks Mario and Phil.

I had a water leak under my house. (I think it was a leak- I wasn't going under the house to check). Mario came right over and discovered there was a leak in a hot water pipe, took a video for me and then fixed the pipe. As for the large pool of water under the house- he vacuumed it all up and left my home with no trace of him ever being here. No dirt, no mud nothing! I use Phil's Water Works for everything water related. I refer to him also for soft water systems and if you need a re-pipe- yep he does that too. I've used Phil for over 17 years now and I'm so grateful to have him as my go to guy!
