In Nov. 2012 I hired Phil's Plumbing & Heating to winterize my cottage. In the Spring of 2013 I went to open my cottage & the pump was cracked. I called them right away & let them know and Brad (service tech.) came out same day & stated that he didn't know how that could of happened but he had a pump in his truck & proceeded to replace the pump. I was ecstatic! I thought I had found someone who stood behind their workmanship.......WRONG! A week later I received a bill in the mail for almost $700.00!!!!!!! I nearly had a heart attack since it costing me anything was never mentioned during the replacement. I immediately called Phil's and tried to reason with them........long story short they proceeded to take me to small claims court which was decided in my favor but Phil's appealed the decision. Lo and behold Judge Herrington decided in their favor. (crooked????) The Police Officer who originally served the Small Claims notice told me that he also had problems with Phil's Plumbing & Heating. After having them do some work for him, which he promply paid the bill in full, received a bill in the mail for $1200.00 addition charges for ""incidentals!""
