The gal who takes the phone calls and makes appointments is super friendly and great too!

Had an issue with the lower drains leading to the septic tank. Made a few calls and Dean the tech from Phil's answered. Came out promptly and had the issues resolved just as fast. Phil was awesome. We had a backed up septic tank that hadn't been cleaned out in years and was a real conundrum in finding the tank. He worked diligently and optimistically- reporting his findings as he worked. He solved the problem and was able to route out the pipes and get everything running smoothly again. It was a challenging situation and he did an amazing job.

Woke up this morning to a nice sized puddle in the basement that looked like it backed up from the floor drain. Got a referral to Phil's from a local plumber and they got here just after lunch. Great timing considering they had already started their day and had multiple calls booked. They broke out that industrial strength roto-rooter tool and knocked it right out. Turned out to be tree branches in the waste water pipe between the house and the street.
The guys were great and very professional. I relly appreciate how fast they got there and how fast they resolved the problem. 5 stars!

Called for a clogged tub drain and Phil came out and did an awesome job. He also looked at my kitchen sink which was draining slow. Thank goodness I asked him about it because I had a pipe that was beginning to crack and would have started to leak. Thank you again!!!

Thank you John and Daryll from Phil's Electric Drain Service in Clinton for the awesome job!! I called mid-morning and they were here by Noon! We had a sewer back up in the basement, which was very messy (one of the many challenges of owning a 100+ year old house in Beloit's Historic District.) Phil's Electric Drain Service from Clinton cleared the main line all the way from the basement to the street! Well over 100 feet. They worked hard and steadily, reported their findings, made recommendations and, best of all, charged a reasonable price! Fast and efficient; they cleaned up behind themselves when finished. They will be my first call next time this happens (it is only a matter of time, what with tree roots clogging pipes, etc.) They came highly recommended and I will recommend them to everyone I know! They are a business with Integrity and great Customer Service!

Prompt response on a holiday! Within hours of calling they were by to unclog a critical drain for me. Reasonably priced ESPECIALLY considering it was a holiday!
