My water heater went out unexpectedly and during a very unfortunate time with how cold it is outside. I called Phillips Plumbing, Inc. and Dean and his daughter/co-owner, Alex, arrived at my residence and replaced my water heater quickly. I was provided with many options of water heaters, chose one we agreed was appropriate for the amount of occupants and water usage in my home. I know plumbers raise prices on the products they install at times, but my overall bill was less than expected and I the price of the water heater was little above cost, but they picked it up and took away the old one. Dean and Alex were respectful to my property, pets and time. I would highly recommend Phillips Plumbing, especially if you live in the Cottage Grove area.
