i had a valve leak that ran water for at least one day before i detected the problem. i had no water for a day because i had to turn off the main valve. i have a home warranty and they contracted phillips plumbing. i called and spoke with eric phillips personally and explained my situation. he came out that day and fixed my problem. not only did he repair my valve but he call later to make sure everything was up and running. he had such a pleasant attitude and i really appreciated him for doing such a good job.

Phillips Plumbing LLC was sent to my home in June for a kitchen and tub faucet leak by the home warranty company. He stated that he was able to fix the kitchen leak but would have to return to fix the bathroom faucet leak due to the tenants not allowing entry to the home. I totally understood that. Once the home was empty and clear of tenants, the warranty company requested him to come back out to fix the bathroom faucet leak. The first visit in June, I was not present but paid the trade call fee by phone. When I spoke with him about a time to come back out, he stated that I needed to be there, but didn't say why until the following day in which he stated that he wanted to make sure that he received the trade call fee. I reminded him that I'd paid the previous time by phone because I don't live in the immediate area. Eric became belligerent and very disrespectful. He no longer treated me like the customer. When we spoke in June and he came out to the home, he was professional and we agreed that he would come back after the tenants had moved. I will never use him again. He yelled and balked for no reason. He carried on awful until I hung up in his face. I will never allow the warranty company to send him to my home again..
