Truly a good company to work with. Straight forward and honest with dependable people to help you. I had a leak at my back flow and the county said it was on my side so I had to have it repaired. I called Phillips Plumbing because they are local and a well established company. I spoke with Joe, their Master Plumber. He said it was an easy fix and told me what to do. I have experience doing pvc work. Joe told me that I could do it myself and save some money or they could come out the next day and fix it. Joe gave me the confidence to attempt it myself. With a couple complications, I completed the project myself. Phillips Plumbing even stopped by to see how the project was going and if I needed any help. This is an honest company that cares about people and helping those that need it. I have put Phillips Plumbing in my contacts and will share their information with anyone I know or meet that requires a good plumber.

Rob was the right person for the job of fixing a leaking shower diverter. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner. This is the second time I've used them and I'm sure it won't be the last. Sam put in a water heater and changed out a water shutoff valve plus gave me some excellent advice. Phillips Plumbing does excellent work at fair prices.

BEWARE: This company is absolutely terrible. The other three reviews have most likely been written by employees or friends. They are deceitful, not trustworthy and practice bait & switch. The person on the phone identified himself as John and gave me a fair cost for the job when we made the appointment. Sam, the plumber complained about the other employees from the minute he walked in until he left. After he removed my existing plumbing fixtures, he told me that there was much more to be done and he would need to break through the wall and would need to replace old piping. He made a mess and did not clean up and left without completing the original job. Another person, Joe (said he was the former owner) at the office called me to demand twice the agreed on price for the job. When I asked to speak with John I was told that I had the wrong company and apparently he doesn't even work for the company. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office as I am a senior and they are clearly taking advantage of older people.

This company is great!! My kitchen sink was totally blocked. I called Phillips Plumbing, Joe was not only empathic, but also scheduled a plumber to be at my house the very next morning!! Others gave me repair dates into the next week. The plumber that arrived was Josh! He was beyond terrific. He fixed more than just my sink...fried water softener board, leaky faucets, etc. he had solutions for all my plumbing issues...not only competent, but ever so pleasant. I deeply appreciate this company and their terrific employee, Josh! Thank you for great customer service and repairs!

Great customer service and great knowledge very trustworthy. We had a moen faucet from my old house that was quite expensive and I lost a part he had it and after installing it it was leaking and he knew exactly what it was.

I recently had an issue in our rental house on Iroquois. The service provided by the service tech John Colbin was exceptional. Had to come out two different days to fix multiple issues. His service and knowledgable experience was wonderful. As a woman I really value respect, and that he gave with abundance. If no one had recognized him yet for the value that he adds to Phillips Plumbing, then I suggest this man gets recognized. Many other experienced plumbing companies would scoop him up for an exceptional job well done in a heartbeat. Thank You John, because of you, I will be sending more people to Phillips.

Fixed my faucet in March, paid $97.00, started leaking in August, came back out told me it needed a cartridge from Delta, which I ordered from a number they gave me, came back out to replace cartridge, said it did not fit and fixed the old one for $137.00. Cant tell me why they did not just fix the old one before. I do expect it to leak again. Took 2 people to fix.

Just had my entire house repiped by Phillips Plumbing. Don and Matt did an outstanding job!! Highly recommend these guys. I have a 1960's block construction home with slab foundation, so they had to run the new lines via the attic. Very little space, but they got it done quickly and neatly. And very reasonable.

We bought an old house with some issues and had Phillip's Plumbing out on several occasions. After talking us into replacing all of our plumbing completely, they came back with a reasonable estimate and got to work. In a 2 week span, they lost 2 days of work when they sunk their digger in the mud, and 2 days of no-show. We started getting nervous about their capability. When they were finished, they charged us $6k more than estimated, and refused to put anything in writing for 2 full months, despite fighting with them to do so (we needed it for the insurance company). We learned that they had only replumbed 3/4 of the house, had created a large, 2-foot hole in our concrete foundation (which was left open and never patched/filled), and they """"forgot"""" to install a necessary P-trap. (In addition to dozens of broken pavers and wall/ceiling damage we had to fix in their wake.) When I demanded that they finish the work we hired them to do, they reluctantly agreed - and we are STILL waiting. They have had 5 months to make this right. As if the pandemic wasn't bad enough, my family is stuck in a home breathing in raw sewage every day. It's seriously affecting our physical and mental health. Stay far away from Phillip's.
