We've had a leaky shower and needed it to be fixed. During these times, it was really important to us that we have reliable quotes without having to invite a bunch of people over. Phillips Plumbing was able to give us a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Each time I contacted them, I got a reply back right away.

Our plumber Alfredo was efficient and friendly. He took care of the problem, showed me the replacement part and was on his way.

1/17/2020 - Michael came out today checked everything and It was coincidental, that they were here last week fixing the p-trap and last night the pop up now has a crack. He again was very patience in his explanations and examination of my pedestal sink. A quote on this new issue will be sent to me.
1/16/2020 - I guess I sent that 2nd update to soon. Tonight my bathroom sink is leaking again. I looked down after running the water for it to heat up, only to see a small puddle of water around the sink. Why is this still happening???

My father-in-law who lives in Hawthorn and is 90 years old needed some desperate plumbing work. Along with the plumbing work he ended up needing some new flooring and plumbing fixtures to install a new washer dryer and refrigerator. Phillips plumbing specifically Mike and Jasmine, were fantastic in helping me remotely as I live in the bay area and needed someone that I could trust and depend on to do the work for a senior and without me being there. I hold a very high bar in regard to contractors etc. after doing a multi year renovation on my own home. Mike and the team at Phillips plumbing were really amazing in all aspects of the job. They were timely, professional, friendly and did really great work and delivered on the promises they made to me and my father-in-law. although I did not want to spend more money, because the work was done so smoothly with them in regard to the appliances, we decided to put a walk in shower for my 90-year-old father-in-law. It was only because of the relationship I built with them that I trusted they could get the job done in a timely and economical manner. I highly recommend Phillips plumbing for any plumbing needs as well as larger projects like removing flooring and putting in new flooring to support things like appliances, showers etc. I do not normally make reviews but they were such a good company I really wanted others to avoid any pitfalls with contractors and plumbers who don't do what they say they are going to. It is because of this experience I am giving them a five star plus review.

Called in about an urgent repair request and Micheal was very short and condescending over the phone.
He actually hung up the phone while we spoke and upon calling back did the same thing.
I called back a third time to give the benefit of the doubt and he got very nasty towards me. I will never do business with this company so long as Micheal is working the phone.

Great company, I needed a new water heater tank installed because my old one was corroding and it wasn't working properly. I also found out that my sprinklers wasn't working properly I wanted to fix them ASAP. I gave Phillips Plumbing company a call and they came by the next day to get the job done. The workers were nice and friendly. Also they arrived on time which is a plus because I'm very busy. They did an excellent job helping me fix my sprinklers and installing a water heater tank. Id recommend them for plumbing and heating services.

They charge 120$ per hour + 25$ to 75$ per the snake tool and if is need it to go to the roof that is much more expensive!!
