If you want a contractor that will leave your house trashed this is your guy . Phillips Painting & Home Improvements. is the worst construction company I have ever encountered. He did tile which were moving when you stepped on them, grout cracking, uneven cuts on trim that looked like a pre-k kid could have cut better with scissors. He left Electrical boxes not installed properly. His counter-top cuts were uneven and left sharp edges. His painting had streaks and drywall was unfinished and not sanded properly . It was not my house where the work was done but I wouldn't even allow this guy to pull into my driveway. Rocky thought it would be a good idea to continue to sand drywall after the finish carpets were installed. Carper installation was horrendous as well. you can see lines where pieces of carpet were stapled together. I will be surprised if any of the work that This company did will hold up over a year

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever used..Rocky Phillips has very little experience yet taunts that he's been in business for 13 years..We hired him to paint our house and he used his cousins who ranged in age from 19-25 who not only did the worst paint job I'd ever see but left my house in such shambles it took days to clean it up..Besides he lied and said he had a license and at the time it was expired..He is a total fraud. Buyer beware!
