They are the best. Prompt responses and on time scheduling. They've help me 3 times and every time it's been a solid experience. We had a slight issue on one job and my irrigation guy said plumbers never take responsibility. These folks made it right immediately. I would never use anyone else for plumbing projects.

Had two leaking shower shutoffs. Philips worked on them and fixed one but the other still leaked. After a couple attempts to fix the leaking shutoff they just left it unresolved and abandoned the job. Very unprofessional and questionable skills.

Phil and his team are very responsive, professional and detailed. They have helped me deal with a residential poly pipe repair situation on five calls over the last three years (separate areas of the house). They've provided emergency service on one for me, and within a day on the other pleas for help. They do a good job, minimal cuts to the walls/ceiling to get where they need and are super mindful of pets too.

Their prices are very reasonable, with good work results. They stick to their quotes and their office is easy to reach and considerate. (She texted me when I lost my voice - who does that to schedule service?!)

The last individual that had worked on it left behind several complicated issues, but Phil was able to get us taken care of and passing inspections.
