Matt contacted me minutes after I posted my project request (unclog kitchen drain). He provided a very fair and reasonable quote, and offered to complete the service that evening. Matt even called to let me know how soon he would arrive. This was above and beyond what you would expect on a holiday evening.

Matt was friendly and professional in quickly locating and fixing the clogged drain. He explained everything very well, and even sent me pictures of some of the work he completed. I highly recommend Matt for your plumbing needs.

I really liked Matt. He said that he wouldn't charge me if he couldn't fix the clog. Unfortunately, even though he tried everything, he couldn't remove the clog. And, he DID NOT charge me a penny! I would definitely use him again.

I thought I had tree roots (which is NOT a good thing) but he said it was grease and advised me on how to treat in the future plus some tips on getting my garbage disposal remounted. Matt was great. Responsive, fair value, reliable, and good communication. I hired him to replace a gas hot water heater with power vent for a rental property. I'm out of town so I couldn't be there for ""supervising"" that many trade service providers need, which made me nervous, but he was great. He coordinated with the tenants, picked up the new heater, disposed of the old one, happy tenants. Will hire again.

The pilot on my gas water heater went out over the 4th of July long weekend. I couldn't get anyone to agree to come until Monday. Matt messaged me after 9pm offering to help over the phone. I called and he talked me through relighting the pilot. I did just what he said and like a miracle it lit right up. This was all free of charge out of the goodness of his heart. I need to have the water heater replaced in the near future and I will be giving him my business because what a great guy!
