Matthew did a great job replacing my water heater. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with over text messaging. He quoted the lowest price from the competition. In order to ensure that the warranty will transfer to me directly, he set up the purchase order so that I paid the supplier directly. Matthew went above and beyond despite some setbacks with the delivery. He was able to pick up the unit himself when the supplier failed to deliver the purchase order. Overall, a great experience, and will call him again for future plumbing needs.

Matt absolutely deserves all the 5-star reviews! He is extremely conscientious, truly taking pride in doing everything the right way to solve your problem. And how reasonable is his pricing? The first time I called him, because I thought I had a leak in my washer, he diagnosed a minor clog in the drain line, recommended Green Gobbler drain cleaner, and didn't charge me a penny! Another time, when he replaced the cartridge in my shower, he was going to charge me for parts but nothing for labor; I Zelled him more money than he asked for, because I believed he should always be compensated for his time. He has also replaced my hot water heater, and recommended the most appropriate model--which was cheaper than the model I thought I wanted. In short, I trust Matt implicitly to do the job right and to treat me (more than) fairly. What more could you want?

Matt is fantastic. Even though my issue wasn't urgent he offered to come out the evening I contacted him. We scheduled time the next day and he was responsive and showed up right when he said he would. The issue wasn't occurring while he was here, but he still took the time to inspect a bunch of things and walk me through how my plumbing system works and point out things I should watch out for should the issue return. He did all this and didn't charge me for the visit. I'll definitely be calling Matt for all future plumbing needs and I'll be referring him whenever I can.
