Philios Plumbing is the only plumbing company my family and I will be calling from now on. We had a an issue with our sump pump after a rain storm late on a Saturday evening and Matt and his team showed up at our home within the hour. They quickly identified the problem and had it resolved in no time. It's clear that Matt genuinely cares about his work and runs an honest business with fair, reasonable pricing. On top of that, he and his team are just genuinely good people. Can't recommend Matt and his team enough!

Absolutely blown away by the service from Philios Plumbing and Drains. We had an emergency where our sump pump was minutes away from overflowing and flooding the house. I called in a panic, and within 30 minutes they had Matt at our door.

Matt was amazing -- calm, professional, and you could tell right away he really knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed fast before any damage could happen. You could also tell he genuinely cared -- it wasn't just ""another job"" to him, and that made a huge difference in such a stressful moment.

I was experiencing bathroom clogs on a regular basis. I looked in Yelp for help. Philios stood out with the 5 star reviews and great recommendations. I decided to give Philios a call. Matt came on time, did an assessment of the drain issue and right away figured out what the potential issue is. He tested out the toilets and checked to make sure there were no clogs there. He did all that and did not even charge me. Matt is very knowledgeable and explained everything. I am a customer for life. I am going to work with Matt to change my water heater. Definitely give Matt a call for all your plumbing and drain needs, you will not be disappointed! 5+ stars!

Matt did a great job replacing my garbage disposal on short notice and during the weekend. He was very responsive, with very reasonable rates. He managed to get the right parts quickly and explain the issue to me easily. Highly recommend!

I lost hot water and realized it was my HW heater around 6pm on a Friday night. I reached out to a Philios via Yelp and Matthew responded and said his ETA was 8pm! He came over and was able to relight the pilot light on the HW heater and told me the option for repair/replacement if it were to go out again in the next few days. Considering I have company for a few days and people wanted showers and I have to wash dishes, his promptness in coming over quickly and getting things up and running again was very much appreciated. I will definitely reach out to him again if I have future plumbing needs or need to end up fixing the HW heater again.

Matt helped me with a sewer line clog. Even though I contacted him late at night, he was able to come out the very next day to take care of it. I wasn't home at the time of the appointment, but he communicated with me every step of the way and provided pictures to show the before/after. He even went out of his way to find a new cap for the line, since ours was a unique size. All in all a very smooth and professional experience, will definitely call Matt again in the future.
