Echoing other customers, Matt deserves beyond 5 stars!! We had an emergency issue with our kitchen sink, Matt came within a few hours-- with inclement weather on the way. And, voila, he repaired our issue quickly and gave us tips to maintain.
Matt's pricing is extremely fair! We receive a quote earlier in the day that was double what we are paying with Matt.
On top of it all, Matt has a friendly demeanor. My husband has added Matt to his contacts ...the only plumber we will be calling moving forward!

They guys came and put a camera down my main drains to have a look at them from the inside. For a reasonable price I was able to see that my pipes are actually not in bad shape, and that the issue was most likely that my toilet wasn't doing the job. The cleaned up after themselves and were on their way after giving me some good advice and an estimate if I wanted to move forward with additional work.

Had a bit of an issue with my kitchen sink drain. Matt was quick to respond to my inquiry (on a Sunday evening) and was at my place fixing the issue within a hour. Quick, easy, friendly and professional. Most importantly, affordable. I will post a review on my HOA community board. Matt has a dedicated client in me.

Toilet drainage issue. Had it snaked twice by other plumbers, they fixed it temporarily but it didn't last. Matt came and seems to have found the real issue, will have to see if it holds up, but he did a much better job (and at a better price,) than the other plumbers. Would highly recommend. I will update if the issue resurfaces, but at the moment Matt is my new go to plumber.

Matt was absolutely phenomenal. We had water coming from our bathroom floor and immediately called Matt based on reviews. He answered promptly and helped me troubleshoot to determine the issue. I didn't realize I was out of his service area (we are near Brandywine, MD), so I wasn't expecting him to be able to come help us. I ended up calling a few additional people. But everyone was full for the day. Matt gave me a call back and came later that same day. He replaced the wax ring on the toilet and told us to keep an eye on it to see if the issue continues. While we are still troubleshooting, I appreciate that he came out, assessed the issue, provided an interim solution (that hopefully is the only solution we need) AND HE DID NOT CHARGE US A PENNY!! That is beyond exceptional service. I just wish we lived in his service area because hands down he would be my go-to plumber. Highly recommended!

Matt responded to a late night, emergency request. He asked for pictures and details, then came out to see what repairs he could make. He was honest and professional. My kitchen sink faucet was leaking a steady stream of water that was traveling into my basement, through the ceiling. The water was difficult to contain, due to the location of the leaking lines. Matt was able to get the stiff shut-off valves turned off. He purchased a new faucet, using my suggestions of what was needed. He replaced the faucet, while I was at work, and sent me pictures of the completed job. His service charge was very fair. I could not have asked for better service.

I contacted Matt for a clogged sewage line that was affecting one of the bathrooms in the house. He was able to show up in couple hours and unclog it in about 30 minutes using a professional grade snake and was articulate in explain the situation as he was diagnosing it. I would definitely use him again for plumbing emergencies.

There was some drywall damage and he recommended a buddy of his named Edgar which I ended up using as well.
