Really good experience with Mary. I sent a message to her a few days in after a notice of defect, and she responded and got to work right away on it. I had an issue with the fresh air inlet and curb trap outside my house sometime during February, and ended up having to do it over AGAIN in July thanks to the incompetence of a different plumber I hired way back. Philadelphia Plumbing Services was not only able to fix what the other plumbers neglected, but they were also very good with correspondence with me throughout. Mary always updated every step of the way, and I was never left in the dark about what permits/steps were next on the list.
