I woke up Friday morning to a flood under my sink and a runaway basement sink faucet problem. Johnnie to the rescue. They had someone out the same day and he got everything resolved. Of course beings everything in my house is old, what you think will be a quick fix, is not and Johnnie was awesome. He had a great attitude, went and got us a new sink and just did what needed to be done without any drama. Even when i got home there was one little thing that needed tweaking and he came right back out the same evening. I'm quite pleased with the service, the price and the turnaround time.

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Someone got back to me within 5 minutes of my call. From the initial call to completed installation took about 2 hours. Mike and Ed were courteous, worked clean and came fully prepared with a replacement faucet. These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

I can't say enough about Julio (the main plumber), Mary (the dispatcher), and the company! We discovered that we needed a tub, pump, and pipes installed for a new washer that was recently installed in the basement - we have an old house and the previous pipes that supported a 20 year old machine weren't cutting it anymore - i.e. we had the soap/water coming out of the pipes onto the floor and causing damage... I called another company first that we used before and they were extremely expensive! So, I did some research, and picked this company based on the reviews here and on google, and I'm glad I did! Mary worked with me immediately on the phone and sent Julio over within minutes to take a look at the situation... he assessed it and gave me a ballpark idea on pricing which was literally half the price of the other company! I decided to go with Julio and they came the next day and took care of everything... he and his assistant were very professional, kind, and helpful and explained everything thoroughly! He even found a clog inadvertently and took care of it on the spot... all in all, a great experience overall and they don't rob you of your life savings!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! thanks again Julio!

Julio was excellent and very responsive. We had a difficult plumbing situation and he did research and went out of his way to figure out a solution. Reasonably priced as well. It has only been 1 week but so far so good with the work he has done, and if we have any plumbing needs in the future I will reach out to him first!

Update: we needed Julio again, this time for a water heater issue, and he was able to come out the same day and solve the problem. In addition, his work from 7 months ago is still working great. He is always respectful and kind. Highly recommend!

Our South Philly row home had a major fuel leakage in the gas line on a cold rainy travel day. We went on our vacation, returned home a few days later, and started our search for a reputable plumber. The first plumber we contacted, who shall remain nameless, flaked on our consultation appointment at the last minute without explanation. She set us up for an appointment for the following day. Julio and his apprentice arrived, punctual. Julio located the problem areas right away and went to work immediately while simultaneously giving us a run down on the condition of our gas line and the repairs that needed to be made. His advice was very accurate and shortly thereafter, we were so relieved to get our heating and hot water restored. Mary even followed up with us to make sure that we were back up and running. The guys at Philadelphia plumbing were attentive and professional from beginning to end. I needed a new gas line rune from a meter to a clothes dryer and they were able to get the job done even with all the intricacies of my south philly basement. The owner, Julio, promptly answered my message and had someone out to look at the job the same day. They came back when it was convenient for me and had the whole job done in under 2 hours.
