Left msg this morning and within 15 min call back and Jerry was here within two hours. Had him replace kitchen faucet same model as previously. Did an excellent job, much better than the prior instillation. More secure and knobs easy to open and close. Also told me because I knew it was a cartilage issue how to just order those to have on hand and not have to buy whole new Kingston unit. Perfect. I will order and have on hand when old ones wear out again. Then had him snake the kitchen line. Prior plumber put a cap on the pipe with a hole in the end which I had to put paper into because I did not want bugs crawling into the line. Jerry said, yes there was a hole there and that I needed a Dynomite end cap. He silicone the end and next time I have it snaked I will have the correct cap put on. So happy he was able to provide me the CORRECT information. Well worth the cost to have this job done. Will not sway away ever again. Great job Jerry!

This is the 2nd time I have used Paul & Phil's for plumbing problems. I called them this morning @ 8:30 and left a message. I got a return call withing 15 minutes stating they would have someone at my home between 1 and 4 today. They showed up at @ 3:30. assessed the problem, left to get parts he did not have on his truck. Returned, fixed the problem and finished up by 5.
Once again Paul & Phils to the rescue. Eric was polite, professional and knowledgeabe, a definite asset to their business.

I had a leaky washer value. Trying to move and sell it is just the last think I need! Jeff went above and beyond and was so nice. He came at 6:30 pm at night plus went to go buy the correct valve, replaced it and worked past 7...leak fixed! Thank you so much Jeff! I was so stressed and you saved me. We highly recommend Jerry at Phil & Paul's Plumbing! We had backed up drains on a Friday night. Called around Sat morning for a plumber which is difficult to find on a weekend. Phil & Paul's is open on Saturdays. Jerry was here within a hour & quickly solved the problem! He was polite, knowledgeable and service was reasonably priced.

Phil and Paul plumbing is my go to when I have plumbing issues. I will ask for Aaron for my technician after my last experience with him. Aaron is very professional, knowledgeable of his craft, clean, on time and engages well with clients.
After having renovations done to my home and having to call Paul and Phil's plumbing because of a prior faulty plumbers mistakes, I am very happy with the repairs Aaron has done to my home and I'm confident about his knowledge in doing things the correct way.
