Had to wait to get scheduled for our repairs, but it was worth the wait. Great communication from them keeping us in the loop on when we could expect them to do the work. Then on the day of work everything was done as they said it would be. They were polite, clean, and did a conscientious job.  Will definitely call them again if a plumbing needs arises.

Harry came over to investigate a leak and replace our tub faucets. He was awesome. He was able to diagnose the leak in no time and cap it to prevent further damage. He replaced the faucets without any difficultly. His prices were all very reasonable. He is very knowledgable and personable. I plan to use him again in the future!

Our kitchen sink was clogged so I reached out on Yelp to Phenom Plumbers North Hollywood for an estimate that evening after reading the reviews online. They responded with an estimate within 20 minutes noting they would be over the next morning. We negotiated a time that worked and they arrived promptly on time! They snaked the kitchen drain, removing some black goop and suddenly we had a free flowing draining again. All complete within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors and we will be using them for future projects. Very satisfied customer!!

If I could give Phenom Plumbers North Hollywood the Galaxy of stars I would. I had several plumbers come out and every single one of them could not figure out why I had no water pressure money flushed down the toilet. Adrain came out asked 100 questions walked the property and took his time. He replaced several valve flushed the lines and it was fixed water pressure was back. Please do not bother with any other plumbing company they are the most professional and as honest as they come and very fair. They have a customer for life thanks again!

Called Phenom Plumbers North Hollywood this morning to help fix our water line burst. Their response is very fast and Luis showed up to check out the situation in an hour. Since this repair needs to be involved with shut off the whole community water line, he tried his best to help us to communicate with HOA and solved this issue. Eventually everything is fixed with quite fair price. I am very glad to have Luis help us this time. He is a such pleasant and smart person to work with. I am highly recommend them for plumbing service!

Last Sunday, I ran into a snag with a bathroom renovation, which prevented water from being used in my home.  Fernando came out within the hour and resolved the issue.  In addition to this, he proposed several options, some of which I could complete on my own, and others which he would need to assist, to complete my project.  I felt zero pressure at all when I told him I needed to think about what would work best.  Very refreshing.  He will be my first call if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I have found my plumber. Professional, clean and great work!  I had to have my tub snaked, new shower head installed, but the real 5 stars are for the installation of my hot water heater. It's in an extremely tight space - they found an old model that would fit and spent over six hours making sure it was right. Harry kept his sense of humor and made sure everything was working to my liking before he left. I could not have had better service for a fair price

Adrian was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I appreciated the information and explanation to his investigation of the leak, correction of it and follow up. This is the second time we have called them and have continued to be pleased. They are very responsive on the phone and are very good with communication and keeping you informed. They arrived on time and went right to work to remove the old water heater and install the new one. They were very efficient and careful in their work. While here, they were also able to replace a shut off valve that was not working. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!
