I needed a plumber to replace a bad shower valve. I was impressed by the Phend Plumbing reviews so I gave them a call.

I was not disappointed.

Peter arrived a few hours later. He is a real people person and we enjoyed joking around with him. But don't get the impression that he's not professional. That he is down to the hospital shoe covers he puts on to keep from dirtying your floors.

The amount he charged was more than competitive. And Peter even did some extra work without an extra charge.

When you need a plumber, don't phend for yourself - call Phend...

These guys are simply the best!! Worked with Paul (service manager) and Pete (who's the owner) for a kitchen sink install. I honestly could not say better things about each of them. After dealing with an unsuccessful Lowe's install, Pete happened to come out himself and do the install on a Saturday. Price was $20 more than Lowe's (they charge $260 for a sink install, FYI) so I paid $280 but the quality workmanship and service was unparalleled. He replaced the sink, replaced all piping, valves, strainers, faucet, disposal, etc. Far more than what I expected. If you want QUALITY worksmanship and to work with people who ""treat you as you want to be treated"" look no further. They've earned a customer for life without question.

absolutely the worst of the worst!!!!!!! can't wait to see them in court!!!!!! and had they done there job right we clearly would not be going this route!!! but if pictures speak a thousand words.... need i say more??!!!! see my pics for yourself! is that really what you hire a plumer to do....start floods on your property!!! not once.... not twice.... not three times.... but four or more times! utterly disappointed and disgusted with the lack of attentiveness!!!!!!!

I had my water heater start to leak the day before I left for a vacation. I called at noon and they were able to send someone out by 1:00pm for a FREE estimate. Pete (the owner) came out and provided me all the options and gave his recommendations. Pete didn't pressure me into buying a high priced replacement and actually gave me the choice to use some current pieces to save some money. I didn't get quotes by other companies (they won't give you one without coming out for a service charge) but talking with neighbors, it was a fair price. I have no complaints and would have no problem using Phend plumbing in the future.

I called Phend Plumbing when our water heater went out. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the one we had but they offered a great replacement deal and did it quick. We were initially bummed that they weren't able to fix the one we had installed because it was so expensice but they were honest and patiently explained to 3 different people what the situation was so we could get our water heater up and running again. Will defiantly use them again!

Great plumber! We had an issue with a remodel and needed a plumber on very short notice by 6 am but gone by the time the contractor was there by 8. No problem with these guys. They were prompt and done and gone 10 minutes before my other guy showed up. Extremely friendly and easy to work. I also thought they were very reasonably priced. Call them. You won't be sorry.
