Recommended Customer Reviews
Did a great job of response and finding the issue. Would recommend! They were very fast in response time
Justin M.We found a leak last minute that was coming from one of our bedrooms and I called Phend to see if they completed emergency services. I spoke to a representative named Savannah who was able to get me on the schedule in less than 5 minutes.
They had Tyler come out and he was able to determine the root cause within minutes. He was very professional and personable throughout the whole process. He explained things so we would understand the process as well as what will be needed for the job. He completed the job same night and our plumbing is working wonderfully with no issues.
Not only were they amazing but they are super affordable in my opinion, I have worked with plumbers previously that broke the bank and Phend did not!
I will use Phend Plumbing for any plumbing issues I have in the future, this company is what every company should strive to be in every aspect of customer service and professionalism.
My wife and I are selling our home, there was a small leak and needed someone to come out quick to remediate the issue before it got out of hand. After having a horrible experience with another plumber we called these guys. They had their technician Charlie out here in my home a few hours later.
Charlie was methodical and transparent with his approach. He walked my wife and I through the diagnosis and cost. Luckily it was a small issue and he was easily able to fix the problem!
I would 100% recommend these guys and Charlie to you, my family and friends! Super hard to find good people like this!
Lindsay L.Service was 5 stars. Cost was 1 star. Nearly $600 for replacing toilet parts and cleaning out a drain.
PRV stopped working little less than 3 months. Only has 30 day warranty. Tried to adjust both ways and nothing. Called another plumber out to replace- less expensive and has 1 yr warranty. Avoid this place
Danielle W.Our water heater started leaking from the base and we needed a new one. Not only was Phend plumbing quick, they had the best customer service and handled everything with ease. Laurel was sweet and on top of everything and Gino was the best plumber we have ever had. I will only use them from now on! Best experience.
Our kitchen sink backed up on New Year's Eve. Phend had someone at the house the next morning. From beginning to end everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. I would use them again. The cost is the only piece preventing a 5 star rating for me. $250 is more than I remember paying in the past. Perhaps the Holiday pushed it up, or maybe that is standard these days. I'm not sure, but needed their help so it was worth it.
We had a water heater go out just before the weekend and we called Phend to come out and replace it. Bobby arrived and replaced the water heater quickly and was extremely polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and left the water heater closet cleaner than when he got there. Great service, competitive price and a really personable plumber. I couldn't recommend anyone higher. Thanks Phend and thanks Bobby!
We had a main drain clog occur yesterday afternoon while I was taking a shower that was flooding through the toilet downstairs. It was too late last night to get somebody out, but Pete and Laurel were very good about setting expectations.
Their primary tech ran into a job that ran longer, Laurel was able to call me and let me know that there was a delay. When it was determined the delay may be even further, the owner and his apprentice rushed straight out.
They made it right.
Both Pete and Mike were extremely personable and professional. They seem to know exactly what was going on and could explain both what we were experiencing and what we can expect.I would highly recommend this business
Meghan S.I previously had a great experience with Phend repairing my water main so I hired them again when we had a leaky sink last Sept (2020). When Aaron told me he was going to replace both angle stops I said ""But it's leaking from the top of these pipes at the bottom of the sink basin. How would that help?"". He assured me he was correct, went out to get the parts, and made the repair. The sink didn't seem to be leaking so I assumed the plumber was right and I, the non-plumber, was wrong. Seemed reasonable. That's why we hire help.
Well... today (Oct 2021) we realized the sink was leaking (again? still? we don't use that one too often). Turns out I was right and he just shoved a bunch of putty around a cracked part instead of replacing it. And also charged me $225 to replace the angle stops that didn't need to be replaced. Maybe he was too embarrassed to admit he was wrong and go out again to buy the correct part? I'm not sure. But I am certainly not pleased with his work.
