We received a prompt reply once it was posted on the job board, we made an appointment for him to come out to look at the job to be done, he arrived on time (even called to verify ahead of time), he is polite and professional, he text me the quote, I found it reasonable, and he was able to come do the work in just a couple of days out.
The job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction! He swept and cleaned up everything before he left. Love his work!

Old caulking was dug out and replaced with long lasting new. Clean up was top notch and pricing very fair. I was even offered discounts that I wasn't expecting.
