4.5 stars! Wayne Williams has been my one and only plumber for at least 8 years. He has rebuilt my main bath, with help of his sub-contractors. He's replaced toilets, faucets and valves.
He's on time, very reliable and very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. If you need a good tiler, ask him about Jose.

He only lost a 1/2 star because he is so busy and some jobs need quicker service than he can provide. He's only one man, with a helper sometimes.

The owner of PHD Service is wonderful! His name is Wayne Williams and I would suggest him to anyone. Recently I needed a new boiler, a pricey and labor intensive job. Wayne gave me a fair price (I shopped around) and he was personable and professional. You can really tell he knows what hes doing. He uses quality tools and works in a timely manner. Really just an all around great experience at a time when I was super stressed. As a woman my biggest fear was getting ripped off. After the work was done I had an uncle who is also a plumber in another state come look at the job and he said it was excellent work, I told him how much I was charged and he said it was a very good price. So if I ever have any more plumbing needs PHD Services will be the first one I call.
