PHD price was better than others, job was done quickly and professionally, passed inspection no problem. Both Rob an Tina are pleasure to deal with. plumbers comes on time. The building have some quirk setup, take us a while to shut off master valves.
they check all pipes in my apartment and recommend additional service, which I agree.
They go extra mile to make sure those repairs are solid, and clean the place when they are done.

Hands down, the best contractor I've ever dealt with. The fact that they actually post their prices on the website -- well, that should tell you something. After unsatisfactory calls and emails with several other plumbers, I luckily found Robbie and, within a few moments of speaking with him, already had a good feeling. He was so straightforward, so clear, and so knowledgeable, a real pro. Refreshing! My instinct proved correct. I originally hired PHD to replace my water heater, but the job turned out to be more complicated than I had anticipated and it became necessary to move my furnace and replace my A/C unit as well. James and his fellow workers did a terrific job of solving all my problems at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend these guys more highly and consider myself fortunate to have found them.

As first-time homeowners, my husband and I go into a full blown panic as soon as anything breaks. This could've very easily been the situation with our latest break - the drain from our bathtub was leaking into our kitchen via one of the recessed lights. After a consult with a different and untrustworthy plumber, I called PHD and was immediately reassured by Tina, who walked me through everything that would happen once the plumbers arrived on-site. She also called me this morning to let me know their ETA so I was prepared for their arrival. James and CJ arrived exactly when expected, and within 45 minutes had the situation resolved without ever having to cut into my ceiling. They were prompt, professional, respectful, thorough in reviewing all potential leak zones, and beyond reasonable... the cost was lower than any other estimates we received. If I could give them six stars I would, but for now we'll stick with five and a guarantee that PHD will be our go-to for all future plumbing needs!

Very quick to get back to us with pricing and scheduling o the job. Called 2 other plumbers to do our garbage disposal and no one wanted to touch it bc of where our piping is. They come out and did a great job very fast. They also fixed my faucet that we were having problems with. Gave us a cash discount too!

Excellent work! Not only were Dan and Robby very persistent in finding the cause of my water leak, they repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. All the way from Tina on the phone (who suggested checking other sources of the leak, aside from plumbing, first!) to the guys themselves, a very professional company! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone .. and I can be kind of picky! :-) .... and did I mention clean? VERY clean!

The nicest customer service I've ever had and from plumbers!!! The secretary/co-owner and the plumber were very easy to work with. I called 10 places, got 5 call backs, and 3 estimates from others. PHD plumbing has far best prices than anyone I've called!! They even post their prices online, which most people do not do. Although my plumber cut my garbage disposal line and caused a leaky faucet, he repaired both and felt bad about the extra time it took, eventually giving me an even $200 (good price) for the two kitchen valves installation. Thank you so much phd plumbing!!

Tried to repair a toilet water supply valve myself and got into a jam with it. Had to shut the water off and Called PHD around 3p or so not expecting to get someone out until the following day. To my surprise, Robbie was able to come to my house around 4:30ish and installed a new valve and water supply hose in less than 30 minutes. Great service and professionalism. Worth every penny.
