Plumbing issues? Call PHD! I had major plumbing work done and it was PHD to the rescue. They were professional, on-time and experienced. Definitely would recommend this company for the simplest to advanced plumbing needs.

We did not have as good of luck with PHD as the other reviewer. They installed a new sink in our 5th wheel RV. It was an insurance claim and they claimed they did a lot of insurance claims. It took them forever to get the settlement - we had to intercede on their behalf - come to find out they never submitted the invoice for payment and couldn't understand why they had not gotten paid. That was the least of the problems - we got 6 days out of Yuma and all the connections under the sink let go - they had cut all the PVC sections too short and had many pieces when one would have done fine if cut correctly. We had a mess and it cost us almost $400 to get it fixed on the road. They had also told us they did a lot of work in RV's. Mike Miller (the owner) would not give us any satisfaction even though the parts and labor were guaranteed for one year. Since we no longer were in Yuma we were out of luck. Not good customer service, look elsewhere if you want a reputable firm.

One of my favorite companies in Yuma! They respond quickly to calls, same day appointments for my problems. They do it all. Plumbing, electric. Etc. always friendly and on time!!

Unfortunately, I would like to give them a favorable review, Pablo the plumber who came out to our house was courteous and professional. What started out as a simple toilet clog turned into something more serious. When he left our house last week (Thu or Fri) he was going to give me an estimate on the fix. A week later no estimate, today I called asking if they just didn't want to do the job since I hadn't heard back from them, the women who answered the phone said she wasn't aware of me needing an estimate and was going to contact Pablo then get back to me soon. I called around 8:30 am today and as of this review (it is 12:30pm) I haven't heard a peep. I was charged $150.00 to come out to my house, which is fair for the amount of time Pablo spent trouble shooting, but I don't feel like I should have to beg them to work for me. Take this into consideration if you decide to hire them.

We recently had them come out because we had no hot water. The plumber that came out took a look at it saw the water leak detector, did a quick Google search then have up on that. Then he tried to relight the pilot light and failed then said we needed a new water heater. We agreed and he came back that afternoon and installed the new one. When I got home from work we did not have hot water. I called the next day (Saturday) and they sent out the on call plumber. Between me and him we determined it was the leak detector that had a bad sensor. I temporarily removed the sensor and we had hot water. Total cost of the replacement sensor was $20 on Amazon. We had to pay $1600 for the new water heater with install. Most likely we did not need a new water heater. I am not a happy (now former) customer.

Called PHD Plumbing for a plumbing problem,the owner himself came out and investigated,the problem was found (water heater)Within 2 hrs of the time I called and installation of the new water heater the job was completed.Was very happy to have hot water again.I would recommend this company and his staff for your plumbing repairs.
