Amy H.I called this morning to schedule an appointment, the person answering the phones was not friendly, but it was early and I'm sure she was busy with calls so I overlooked it. My appt was scheduled for a 1-3pm window and a technician was supposed to call me. At 2:50pm I had not heard from them so I called. She told me that she would check and call me right back. At 3:30pm I called again and started to tell the person answering that my technician didn't show and the guy hung up on me. I called back AGAIN and this time a different guy answered and at least took my call. He said that they had no technicians in my area today and I would need to reschedule. He had no reasoning for them scheduling me in the first place, why she didn't tell me this when I called or why she didn't call me back. I told him not to bother rescheduling. Absolutely horrible.
