My professional journey started at 19 with JC Plumbing, and I maintained my dedication even after FERGUSON, a major player in plumbing, took over. Throughout my tenure, I explored the intricacies of the business, which fueled my entrepreneurial aspirations. A distinct dream formed – to establish a showroom that could rival local showrooms, Home Depot, and Lowes, showcasing high-quality bath and kitchen fixtures.

I was fortunate to meet a client with a San Francisco property. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I started Townsend Kitchen & Bath Showroom. For over ten years, I oversaw operations, fostering industry connections. Eventually, the moment arrived for me to follow my independent entrepreneurial path.

This led to the creation of PGKB – driven by a strong commitment, outstanding customer service, and unmatched plumbing knowledge. With a decade of experience, PGKB strives to raise industry standards, delivering a seamless experience for our valued clients, going beyond simple product offerings.
