I launched my career at 19 with JC Plumbing, and my dedication persisted after it was acquired by FERGUSON, a prominent company in the plumbing sector. During my time there, I delved into the complexities of the business, shaping my entrepreneurial dreams. A clear vision emerged – to create a showroom that could compete with local showrooms, Home Depot, and Lowes, offering top-notch bath and kitchen fixtures.

I was fortunate to meet a client with a San Francisco property. Seizing the moment, I launched Townsend Kitchen & Bath Showroom. I spent over ten years managing operations and nurturing industry relationships. However, the time came for me to embark on my own entrepreneurial journey.

Thus, PGKB was born – fueled by a steadfast commitment, exceptional customer service, and extensive plumbing expertise. With ten years of experience, PGKB aims to enhance industry standards, providing a smooth experience for our cherished customers, surpassing basic product offerings.
