Patty P.Technician didn't show up for first appointment, which my husband had to take vacation for. PGA said they had down a different date for the appointment. We rescheduled for a 2nd time and the technician was a no-show. Rescheduled a 3rd time and the technician was once again a no-show. Manager's only excuse was that they have no control over employee illness, etc. We've used them in the past, but never again. There are plenty of other reputable HVAC businesses .in the area
Scott S.I had some repair work done on my heat pump by PGA. They had the correct parts on the truck and fixed the problem right away. They were professional and very knowledgeable and explained the issue. I recommend them for HVAC, Plumbing, electrical, and excavation needs. It is great to have a local company in central Wisconsin with this much talent.

Back in March, we had asbestos-covered heat ducts in my very old house, which we had removed. Some replacement parts of the duct work can't be found at your typical home improvement store, so we called around. PGA to the rescue!
Rich came over and measured all the vents, told me our options, and we went with the cheapest and fastest option since this was a time-sensitive project. Rich came back with all if our parts within 2.5 hours! He even helped us organize the parts so we knew which ones went to which vents.
Over the weekend, he checked in with us a few times to see how the project was going and if we had any questions.
We will be needing some electrical reconfiguration work in the future, and I plan on going back to PGA!
