I contacted them in March 2024 about some work to be done at our house. They came out, we discussed the work, and the sent us a quote via email. We were promised that once we gave them the deposit we would be put on the schedule. We gave them the deposit in the form of a cashier's check (around $7200), and they were supposed to start no later than mid-July. They didn't start and we couldn't reach them by phone, text, or email. I finally sent them a text message and an email stating that we wanted a full refund by Friday by cashier's check or we would get a lawyer. On Friday we got an email saying that they'd had a problem with their program crashing but that they would have their accountant mail us a check. We haven't been able to contact them since then. Two weeks later!

I have seen P&G's work. There work is really good the before and after is even better. I feel like Pedro and his team deserves to be recognized more often. The price is good and reasonable. I recently got a bathroom remodeled and it's the best bathroom in the whole house. I recommend P&G for any remodeling.
